LGG Industrial hose survey resulted in a new hose assembly for the customer that is not only more efficient, but also safer. This change has resulted in a savings of approximately $53,539 annually.
By testing and reclaiming hoses, LGG Industrial was able to save the customer $87,975 they would have otherwise spent on replacing these hoses.
LGG Industrial saved the customer $318,450 by reclaiming 579 hoses that would have otherwise been replaced.
LGG Industrial hose management program was able to put 122 hose assemblies back into service saving the customer $96,950 in the first year.
